We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received it to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@miasactivewear.com. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once your return is authorized, please securely package the item and include the return authorization number on the package. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange. Once your exchange is authorized, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
When shipping the item back for an exchange, please ensure it is unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. Include the return authorization number on the package and use a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If the requested size or color is available, we will ship the new item to you within 5 business days. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the original item following the same process as outlined for returns.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable alternative or provide a refund.
